The Champagne and Wine Cellar
The proprietor of the business is David Morris. He is a locally well known teacher of wine (at a local college) and he conducts tastings for wine clubs, societies and any fund raising organisation. David’s love is Champagne and ever since he started importing Paul Dethune Grand Cru Champagne from the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, the business has just grown and grown. Apart from the full range of Dethune Champagne (Rosé, Brut, Millésime, Prestige Cuvée and Blanc de Noirs) we also stock a wide range of Grand Marque Champagnes.
