16 May Pirates on Children’s Wednesday
Pirates on Children’s Wednesday
A host of family fun will be on offer at Sudeley Castle this May half term.
Pirates will be the theme of the day on May 30 as the Castle’s popular ‘Children’s Wednesday’ takes place for all young would-be swashbucklers.
Youngsters can dust off their pirate fancy dress and see who will be the best Jack Sparrow or Red-Handed Jill. Set sail with Captain Barnacle on his hilarious pirate pantomime show, jump aboard the Jolly Roger pirate ship bouncy castle and have a go at some arts and crafts. Entry to the pirate activities is included with castle admission.
As well as enjoying the pirate celebrations, young visitors can also play on a huge new fun fort in the adventure playground at Sudeley Castle this half term. Children can explore the different levels, hide in various secret corners, tackle the climbing wall and whizz down the slides and zip-wire. An adventure trail and cradle swings will keep the little ones happy, while older children can take-on the 10-piece obstacle course.
