Brownies

Girlguiding is giving girls and young women the chance to have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain some valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and help within the community.

Encounter Church

Encounter Church is a place where you will encounter the presence of God, develop your life, and maximize your potential so that you can live the absolute best life that God has in store for You!

Logos Christian Fellowship

We are Christians from all sorts of backgrounds, but all with a love for the Lord Jesus Christ. The age range in the Fellowship is from 0 years to 84 years. If you are looking for a church which believes in the word of God, and believes in the love and power of the Holy Spirit.

St Nicholas Roman Catholic Church

The Church was established in 1915 and was converted from the old Chandros Grammar school buildings.

The Parish Council also organise with the Fund raising, Music, Walking groups, Prayer groups and with special ministers to help to serve the Eucharist in services and to the sick of the Parish.

St Peter's Church

St Peter's is the parish church of Winchcombe. We offer opportunities for worship three times each Sunday. We also hold services on weekdays and a monthly Toddler service. On Sundays there is a creche during the 10:30am service at St Peter's and childrens activities.

we acknowledge our calling to respond to the gospel of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission.

Country Market

Part of a nationwide network Winchcombe Country Market is a co-operative of local producers providing delicious home cooking and preserves, crafts, garden produce, plants, eggs and honey.

Friends of St Peter's Church

The Friends of St Peter's was launched in 1996 to provide financial help for the preservation, repairs and maintenance of the fabric & fittings of St Peter's Church, Winchcombe in the Diocese of Gloucester.

Friends of Winchcombe Abbey C of E Primary School

Parents group to raise funds for the primary school. Meetings usually held in The Plaisterers Arms. All welcome.

 

Winchcombe Handbell Ringers

If you are interested in learning to ring and would like to know a little more about ringing, Meetings are held thursday afternoons.

Isbourne Quilters

We meet informally and have a teaching session on the first Tuesday and a friendly 'sit and sew' on the third Tuesday, with occasional all day sessions and workshops. We do all kinds of patchworks and quilting.
Meets 2-4pm at Abbeyfields Community Centre.

Isbourne Singers

A ladies' choir, about 20-strong at present, which holds weekly rehearsals on Wednesday evenings at 8.00 p.m. in the Winchcombe Guide Hall, Hailes Street, with occasional public performances, mostly in local venues. Repertoire is varied, including folk-song arrangements, songs from the shows and sacred pieces. New members are always welcome.

North Cotswold Foodbank

The Foodbank provides emergency food assistance to local households in crisis.

A homeopathic remedy is a minute quantity of a substance prepared by a process of potentisation, which acts as a catalyst on the subtle energies of the body

North Gloucestershire Chess League

The league has 18 teams split between three divisions, with players ranging in strength from beginner to national league standard so no matter your ability there is sure to be a place for you in the North Gloucestershire League!
