The name Lyn Hall is legendary in the culinary world, founder of La Petite Cuisine of Cooking, the famous cookery school in Richmond, Surrey. Fiona Cairns said ‘the person who taught me most was Lyn Hall at the school’. Lyn is a chef who has written authoritative cookery books, including Lyn Hall’s Cookery Course, setting out clear cooking principles with well tested recipes, advised and collaborated with many celebrity chefs and cooks.
Dawn is a self-confessed AGAholic! Having worked for AGA for many years she has demonstrated the cooker worldwide, trained sales staff and worked on product developments, whilst gathering an extensive knowledge on the history of the cooker. An adviser on all things AGA including the latest Mary Berry and Lucy Young’s ‘The Complete AGA Cookbook’, author of the AGA Total Control and AGA 60 recipe books, Dawn is co-author of ‘A Lifetime of AGA’, ‘The New Rayburn Cookbook’ and is the AGA Food Editor for the AGA Magazine. Her mission is to help owners get the best from their cast iron cooker.
Proceeds to go to Kate’s Home Nursing, a Gloucestershire Registered Charity set up to nurse patients in their own home through the last stage of illness and to support their families.
